HMB (beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate): HMB is naturally occurring in your body and is derived from your body breaking down leucine. HMB is required in muscle repair and protein synthesis. Because it’s only created in small amounts from dietary sources, many athletes have chosen to supplement with pure HMB.

BETAINE (trimethylglycine): is made from amino acids glycine with 3 amino groups attached.
